If you're an engineer (and maybe even if you're not), people will
sometimes bug you about something you're working on.  Managers are
especially frequent offenders.  Oftentimes, they want you to develop 
a "flowchart" to help illustrate the problem.  To avoid redundancy, 
here is a flowchart which is good in almost any situation.
