Mount Sunflower, Kansas (4,039')

This place was pretty cool. It's 30 minutes or so off the interstate at Kansas Exit 1, and the owners have created a nice little park, complete with picnic table and railroad spike sunflower. The gravel road did manage to eat my brand new license plate (complete with a very stately Mr. Lincoln), which we noticed missing once we reached Leadville later that day.
